• You may not remove, hide, edit, or move my signature.
• Complicated designs (detailed wings or an abundance of specific markings) are +25% of the base price.
• Please have your full commission idea already in mind before sending in a form.
• Prices are subject to change on demand; however, your final price will not change if one occurs during your commission.
• I WILL NOT DO NSFW / 18+ / FETISH COMMISSIONS FOR MINORS. I WILL NOT DRAW CHARACTERS BELONGING TO MINORS IN THESE SITUATIONS EITHER.
• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
• Full payment is required up front before any commission work will begin.

• During your commission you will recieve updates during every stage of the process (sketches, lining, colors, etc.)
• The amount of reviews will depend on the complexity of the review, but expect at least one per stage.
• Commissions will take roughly between several days and one (1) month to complete depending on internal and external factors.
• Feel free to send a message at any point to check on the progress of your commission.
• Once finished, you will recieve a clean and watermarked digital version of your art in its original resolution. There will be no physical product shipped.

• Through the whole commission process you will be permitted three changes included in the price of your commission, excluding mistakes on my part like missing markings, etc..
• More changes past your first three will come with an extra charge, excluding mistakes on my part like missing markings, etc.
• Unclear or poor references will come with an extra $5 convenience charge.
• Once coloring has started, there will be no more major changes allowed to the lineart.

I, rocketterrier, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore the buyer is not permitted to:

• Remove my signature from the finished commissioned art.
• Alter the finished commissioned art in any way. (Use in icons, etc. is permitted.)
• Claim ownership of finished commissioned art.
• Use finished commissioned art to create physical products such as pins, stickers, etc.

• Once sketchwork has been started on your commission, no refunds will be allowed.
• If by any circumstances I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.
• DO NOT REQUEST A PAYPAL CHARGEBACK.
• If a PayPal chargeback is issued, it will be declined and you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again.
