- About our system...
Hi! I'm the host and the main person who runs this website (and most everything we do online, honestly). My name is Ithai, you can also call me Archie, Rocket, Shadow, or literally whatever. I still have friends who call me nicknames I haven't heard used by anyone else in years. I'm a fictive of a Yiga Clan Footsoldier from Breath of the Wild, from a timeline that diverges and where the plot of "Tears of the Kingdom" never occurs. I became the host of this system when we were a teenager, though I existed before I had a source or a name; it's complicated. We are a survivor of abuse that lasted for almost two decades, and we are the oldest of all of our siblings (biological, adopted, and step-siblings). I often switch between I and we, sometimes subconsciously. Consider it a plural perk. By the way, I don't list all my IDs up there. A lot of 'em I keep to myself.
From now on, any memories that are mentioned to have occurred before I, Ithai, came in the system are things that happened to the host that I claimed memories for. Being that I've been the host for so long, and seeing that I basically took over all of the previous host's memories and such, I love to draw. I've been drawing since I was four. I also love biology, ecology, zoology, parasitology... Basically anything animal-related. I also really enjoy linguistics, especially conlanging. Other hobbies I enjoy besides drawing and conlanging are writing, playing video games, sewing (I mostly hand sew; I love my sewing machines (Paul and my yet-to-be-named sewing machine), but I like the repetitive motions of hand sewing), and collecting raccoon-themed and banana-themed things.
My online art journey started on deviantART in 2011-2012. I was definitely not old enough to be on the site, but I spent hours looking at Pokemon art, and then spent more hours drawing my own to post. It was also online that I discovered Warrior Cats, which changed my life forever. Out of everything I draw, Pokemon and Warrior Cats bring me the most comfort and joy. I've also met some of my best friends through fandoms for both. I used to be very active in art and roleplay communities on Pokefarm (now Pokefarm Q) and the old Warrior Cats RPG site.
I've changed my alias online a couple times since I was a kid, but the ones people might remember me by the most are murdercult and ganvio. In the past, I was also known to go by bipolararchie. I am also autistic and have OCD, C-PTSD and PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, and more. I don't tend to hide these and my meltdowns and breakdowns can get rough. I'm also pretty sure some of my plurality is disordered because I genuinely cannot remember a lot of shit from the ages of 16-18, but I don't plan on seeing a doctor about it because it doesn't affect my life negatively.
There's also the rest of the system, known as The Vibrant Drift. The 'the' can be capitalized or not, we aren't picky. You can check everyone out at the link above; if you notice some of us appear and reappear between updates, it's because some of the system is what we call "permanent walk-ins", though I'm sure there's a more 'official' name for it. Basically, they leave the system and then come back later kind of at random sometimes. I'm often frontstuck, and experience bouts of being front-sticky, so I'm basically fronting most of the time, whether I want to or not.
